How to Register

Please review the Schedule below before you register. We’ve booked great artists, venues and workshops for your enjoyment and learning.

As you review the Festival Schedule, please decide on the workshops you would like to attend (you will identify them during the registration process), and also if you would like to purchase a companion ticket to any of the evening concerts, the Western BBQ or the Gala Dinner.

If you don’t want to purchase companion tickets during the registration process, you will be able to purchase tickets to concerts beginning in April and for the dinners when you arrive in July (depending on availability).

We look forward to seeing you soon!

Festival Schedule

Our Festival Hotel is the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Calgary University. The Hotel is on the LRT line at Banff Trail Station, so travel from the hotel to our host venue, Knox United Church (3rd Street Station going into Downtown and 4th Street Station returning), is straightforward and quick. Any companions will also have handy public transportation to shopping and other venues.

Conference rates are available for bookings until June 2, 2018. Rates include parking, breakfast and internet access.

The Conference Rates are available three days before and after the conference (based on availability), if you would like to take in the Calgary Stampede (July 6 – 15. 2018) or the many other events and attractions in Calgary and the surrounding areas (see the links on our home page to check those out!).

To book your room, see the information below.
